A little more about me

I’ve spent my career helping people navigate moments of transition - the kind that bring both excitement and uncertainty; aka chaos. As an HR leader turned advisor, I’ve sat with founders, executives, and teams as they wrestle with the big questions:
What’s next? How do we grow without losing who we are? How can we scale effectively? Why does this feel so hard?

Organized Chaos Consulting was born out of those conversations - out of a belief that change is the only constant and chaos is normal, but it doesn’t have to feel hard. With the right structure, communications, and intentions, even the most chaotic seasons can be fun and productive!

Today, I work alongside leaders, teams, and independent professionals who are ready to realign how they work and lead. My approach blends the practical - organizational design, strategy, people leadership - with the human - communication, alignment, and clarity.

I’m also the founder of Fractional People People, a community for fractional HR professionals and those pursuing solopreneur endeavors. That work gives me a firsthand view to the evolving world of flexible, human-centered work and the leaders shaping it.

Through it all, my goal is simple:
To create space where people can pause, make sense of the chaos, and move forward with clarity and intention (& some laughter too!).
